I called the store, Automated AI hung up on me. After this experience we are done with Dominos and our last order ever was terrible. To be clear. My issue is not with the messed up order, people make mistakes. But the fact that I can’t address the issue because my phone number doesn’t match and a computer hangs up on me makes me furious. Say no to AI machine-run businesses.
