Same as many other. $24 for extra steak to barely have a single portion. Will never order from this one again.

    # 121-006-100-073-110-678-50 I visited Chipotle DTLB today to observe and compare customer service experiences as both a customer and informal secret shopper. While waiting in line, I observed the customer ahead of me, a non-BIPOC millennial male, being served what appeared to be full and generous portions of rice, protein, and beans. The employee serving the food appeared to be a younger staff member. When it was my turn, I ordered nearly the exact same meal as the customer ahead of me. However, I immediately noticed that my portions of rice, protein, and beans were significantly smaller. Then, when it came time to add condiments, the employee added an unusually large amount of pico de gallo to my bowl. At that point, I respectfully stopped the employee and said that the portions did not seem consistent. I explained that I had just watched the bowl prepared for the customer before me and questioned why I was receiving less of the primary ingredients while receiving an excessive amount of tomatoes and onions instead. Only after I raised the concern did the employee appear willing to make adjustments. However, a person who identified herself as the General Manager, Jezma, responded in a stern manner and instructed the employee not to remake the bowl. This interaction felt dismissive and unnecessary because I had already stated that I did not want the order remade. I simply asked for some of the excess pico de gallo to be removed and chose to continue with the order. My concern is not about obtaining extra food; it is about consistency, fairness, and respectful customer service. Experiences like this can leave customers feeling that they are not being treated equally. Regardless of race, culture, or background, all customers deserve the same standard of service and portioning. I respectfully encourage Chipotle to continue emphasizing consistency in serving practices, customer engagement, and diversity across all levels of staffing and leadership. Better training and awareness may help ensure every customer feels valued and treated equitably.

The guy who made our food kept touching the rice and tossing the rice as if he was stirring it inside the canister with his gloves on as he made our food. I have never seen someone at Chipotle all the years I've gone to Chipotle feel the rice to see if it's warm or touch the rice at all for any reason and then serve it! I will never eat there again but will try marathon burgers next door.

I used to order from this Chipotle location all the time. Unfortunately, this will be my last time. On principle, I will not be paying over $11 for such an incomplete portion of food. There was around an inch of unused bowl space around the sides of the meal.

No wonder such low rating. Wanted to use restroom to wash hand before eating. Big attitude. I went out to get something from car before ordering and another attitude. Manager needs to train better.
