  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! My order was a complete mess. Wrong lid, no utensils, unripe chunky guac, ingredients I never ordered, and undercooked rice. How do you mess up a bowl this badly?!

  This location seriously needs to retrain its staff and improve management oversight. I initially thought maybe I had done something wrong, but after reading other reviews, it’s clear my experience wasn’t an isolated incident. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand how busy things can get. That said, there are basic food safety and customer service standards that should never be ignored. During my first visit around 9:00 PM, an employee was spraying cleaning chemicals directly next to uncovered protein while customers were still being served. That is completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. I decided to give this location another chance, but my second visit around 8:30 PM was even worse. The employee working the line and register was passive-aggressive from the moment I walked up. She spoke to me with an attitude throughout the entire interaction and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by ordering food. I ordered half chicken and half steak. There were only about five pieces of steak left, yet I was still charged for a full steak bowl without any explanation or accommodation. It wasn’t just the charge that bothered me—it was the complete lack of professionalism and respect. The employee I interacted with had a septum piercing, short black hair, brown skin, and a slim build. Management should be able to identify who was working that shift. She should be retrained on basic customer service, or if this behavior is representative of her normal interactions with customers, management should seriously evaluate whether she’s the right person for a customer-facing role. Between the food safety concerns and the consistently poor customer service, I won’t be returning to this location until significant improvements are made.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. I used to go here all the time. Now I will never go back. I just picked up my order and they barely filled up my bowl. I asked for extra online and it must have been like -20 pieces extra because the two bowls were barely filled. This is insane. I can literally see the bottom. My friend literally finished her bowl before I finished this stupid review.

  For a long time, this location was a great option. Now over the past 6 months, it has gone downhill. Even the rice and beans are pretty flavorless now.
