  CAVA never disappoints! The lamb plate was amazing—tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were generous, and everything tasted delicious. Friendly service and a great meal from start to finish. I'll definitely be back!

  First time eating at cava and had a pleasant experience with the recommendation from the Manager on duty. Manager Izzy went above and beyond with her customer service. Great food , better service.

  Never been here but I heard good things so I wanted to try it out. I went around lunch time and it was packed! But the line seemed to move smoothly. Izzy was so nice to me! I believe she might have been a supervisor/manager because she was everywhere helping a lot of the staff and customers. Even though it was busy, I think she realized it was my first time there and took the time to answer my questions about the different foods and sides. She even had some recommendations, which I took and loved. Whatever you do, you have to get some pita chips with your meal, they are delicious! Looks like they have a nice system to help move things along without taking away from the customer experience. Staff was awesome, place was clean, and the food was great! Definitely going to be coming here more often. Thanks for the great experience!

  During my recent visit to Cava, I witnessed a woman with black glasses on with a clipboard presumably in a supervisory role speak to a colleague in a remarkably rude and condescending manner while he was actively preparing my food. There is a fundamental etiquette to business: if an employee requires correction, it should be handled constructively and in private. Reprimanding a staff member openly in front of customers and peers is entirely unprofessional, demoralizing to the staff, and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for patrons. I hope management addresses this behavior to ensure a more respectful environment moving forward.
