  I want to begin by clarifying that this review is based on my experiences with the service, not the quality of the pizza. I also do not use social media or review platforms as a weapon. Those who know me know that I rarely use them, much less to complain, but this is long overdue. I have been a patron of Canadian Pizza since the early 2000s. I genuinely love their pizza and, over the years, have recommended them to countless friends and acquaintances looking for a good pizza spot in Long Beach. Supporting small, local businesses is extremely important to me, which makes writing this review especially disappointing. After nearly two decades of supporting this establishment, I have finally reached the point where the consistently poor customer service outweighs how much I enjoy their pizza. Maybe shame on me for continuing to go back and not saying something sooner, but I kept hoping the next experience would be different. Customer service and organization have been an issue for as long as I can remember. I have tried virtually every method of ordering, thinking perhaps one would result in a better experience. Unfortunately, the problems remain the same. Over the years, I have dealt with orders that were never delivered. I have placed an order by phone at their second location, arrived to pick it up, and found the restaurant closed because, as I was told, “the chef left early,” only to then be sent to the other location to retrieve my order. Countless times, I have arrived at the stated pickup time only to discover that my order was never entered or was just being started, adding even more time to the original estimate. What is most frustrating is watching what appears to be a team operating without clear leadership, direction, or organization. Employees are often standing around while orders are delayed rather than working together to process them efficiently. On my most recent visit, I was standing outside waiting for yet another delayed order while having to endure the strong smell of marijuana coming from staff gathered nearby in the alley/back parking area. At some point, repeated problems stop being isolated incidents and become a reflection of how a business is being managed. Good food can only make up for poor service for so long. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to Canadian Pizza, and I can no longer recommend them to others. If someone asks me about the restaurant, I will be honest about my experiences and recommend one of the many other pizza establishments in Long Beach instead. We certainly aren’t short on choices. After nearly 20 years of loyalty, I didn’t come to this decision because of one bad order, one employee, or one frustrating interaction. It is the result of years of giving this business another chance and repeatedly having the same experience. I truly hope ownership and management eventually recognize that customer loyalty shouldn’t be taken for granted. Loyal customers shouldn’t have to continually overlook poor service, disorganization, and a lack of accountability simply because they enjoy the food. I kept coming back because I wanted to support a local business whose food I genuinely enjoyed. I gave Canadian Pizza nearly two decades of chances. Unfortunately, they’ve finally given me enough reasons to stop.

  The best pizza me and my coworkers have tried fresh and plenty of toppings the wings are perfect not to dry or to wet. Great customer service we will definitely order again recommended
