The staff is not as friendly as they use to be or what you would expect in an Ice Cream shop. The attendant who assisted me became very upset and slammed her tools down when I mentioned she was scooping the wrong flavor of Ice Cream. I tried to change her mood but that didn't work. At 35 bucks an order they need to work on their customer service and social skills of bringing customers back in. For now, I'll get my Ice Cream at the supermarket.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
