  Today, Mother's Day I walked in not with the intention to purchase flowers but one caught my attention. A beautiful arrangement the was $39.99. I noticed one of the roses broken from the top so I asked if it could be replaced an associated @ self checkout directed me to the floral area. There was a young lady. I greeted her asking if it was possible to replace the dead broken rose. Then noticed another flower with mold on it. No response she pulled the rose and said can I have it referring to the arrangement. I haded it to her and she placed the rose in front of the molded flower. I was hoping she would replace the one with mold, but she didn't! After that I asked if she could replace the one with mold, she looked at me for about 10 seconds for sure telling me off and then rolled her eyes. I asked if she was ok, she replied yes with sarcasm rolled her eyes again. I responded I don't think you are it seems like your having a bad day and I do not appreciate to be treated with such disrespect. She just walked away and said nothing, she replaced the second flower handed it to me and walked away. Gabby, is her name. I do not know what the world has done to you! You must be retrained in Customer service and treat people with the respect. Especially in your department. I will not purchase flowers there even if I have to pay more. This has not been the first time I get treated with such disrespect at this store.

  Unfortunately I have no photos of what I ordered because I never got it. I ordered a 10 lb brisket a week early for Christmas day planning to pick it up 2 days before. I went to the store on that day and was told that they didn't have it. They reassured me that they would have it the following day which was Christmas eve. I went down around 9:00 AM and the meat department told me they needed 2 hours to unpack it. I came back 3 hours later only to be told again they didn't have it. I had to travel 40 miles on a rainy Christmas eve to get another one from Costco. I was thankful they had it. Unfortunately in my opinion lately the store has been going in the wrong direction and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.At the very least, I could have received a phone call informing me about the situation, then I could have planned. I left my name and phone number when I placed the order. I know that things can happen that are not controllable, but is there no customer service any longer. I am so disappointed, and will share this experience with others.
