    The coffee was cold and with no sugar. They said they threw me a new pot and I waited. Then they didn't put sugar again. One of the girls completely ignored me and turned around. South Sacramento doesn't even have this bad of service.

    The order was correct on the drive thru screen, employee had to reboot her cash register and re-inputed the order incorrectly, then refused to fix the order after giving us the wrong sandwich. Oh, and everything was cold.

    The drive thru was full but they take of everyone quickly. The new big arch is blah still prefer the quarter pounder made like a Big Mac.
