Disappointing as it was my first time using. I didn't understand how to use it.There was no one in line. It would have been courteous for her to at least listen. - ZZZerefJun 28, 20262.0I ordered 3 steak bowls and was pretty disappointed with the quality this visit. While they were preparing the orders, I noticed that most of the steak on the grill looked under cooked. A lot of it was still very pink/red inside. I went ahead and got it anyway, assuming it was normal for Chipotle. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. Not only was the steak undercooked, but it was extremely chewy — almost like tough rubber. It was hard to chew and unpleasant, to the point where I couldn’t finish most of it. On top of that, the portions for everything (rice, beans, veggies, etc.) were noticeably smaller than usual, which made the bowls feel skimpy for the price which came up to 70 dollars. I’ve had good experiences at Chipotle before, but this one was pretty bad. Hopefully they can improve the steak quality and consistency.
