We tried a new to us restaurant tonight, @pijjaparadise in Springtown! Indian, American, Italian fusion food in this quiet side of town! The food was delicious! A small walk in restaurant, that takes reservations, has 8 tables, but does a booming to go business! Door dash was coming and going the whole time! We started with the wings ($10.99) and Indian Masala Breadsticks ($11.99). The wings are baked! Juicy and just a hint of spice! The breadsticks had quite a kick! Pineapple and jalapeño interesting spice blend…my husband devoured them! My husband had the signature fusion, Tandoori Chicken Pizza! (I think it was $24.99). Juicy chicken, veggies and a yummy homemade Tandoori sauce! A bit spicy for me, it looked beautiful and my husband throughly enjoyed every bite!
He also enjoyed the variety of Indian , American and Mexican beers, he had the Taj Mahal Lager. I had the Mac and #cheeseburger with fries ($13.99)…..it was towering! Fries were baked! I felt much less guilty eating them! I had a Mexican coke with my burger! They have a freezer full of delicious treats and while I wanted to try the Nutella dessert pizza, we were way too full! They were showing a soccer game on a huge TV! Bathroom was clean and tidy. We met the owner, Abby, who told about her love of food and how she wanted a place where everyone could come and find something to eat. And she has done that! She was very kind and showed sincere hospitality! She explained that they do catering and boxed personalized lunch boxes! #pizza #indianfusion
