  I went in this morning at a quarter to 7 and it was pandemonium even though there was only one other customer. Nothing was out yet and then the eagles were a total joke and they didn't tell me befor selling. Would have been nice to know before I paid and I wouldn't have purchased them. All the toppings fell off. See pics. What in the world?

  Extremely overpriced for the portion you receive. Ciabatta cheesesteak hardly had any steak inside, mostly bread. Mac and cheese bowl was more like a cup portion for $8.49. Grilled cheese was scarcely toasted and had entirely too much cheese that was barely melted. The cheese appeared processed like Kraft American Singles. 🤢 Spent $90 for our family of four and was beyond disappointed. Will not return.

  Sadly, only 3 stars from me. For to go orders, do yourself a favor and make sure you check every item to make sure it's there (and if you customized anything, like extra bacon, no cheese, etc, you have to check that to). I would say every other order for us had at least 1 mistake that could have been easily preventable if they just double checked. However, this was something I could live with (as I would just double check) but the quality of the food has gone downhill over the last few years to the point where we no longer frequent this establishment. I hope they read this and start turning things around.
