Horrible experience. Shocking, to say the least.
Customer service appears to be nonexistent at this location.
I ordered a sandwich through the app and came in to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was told their system was down and that I would have to wait until it came back online. Even after showing proof of purchase, including the app receipt and a completed bank charge, both the staff and manager refused to make the sandwich because they “it wasn’t on their screen.”
Rather than helping resolve the issue, they were dismissive, rude, and condescending. No effort was made to verify the order, or offer an alternative solution. After waiting 45 minutes and dealing with increasingly hostile attitudes, I left without the sandwich I had paid for and without a refund.
What’s particularly frustrating is that this wasn’t an isolated incident. Of the two dozen or so orders I’ve placed at this location over the past few months, roughly half have been incorrect or incomplete. Order instructions are routinely ignored, and the quality of ingredients, both proteins and vegetables, was often disappointing.
In hindsight, continuing to give this location the benefit of the doubt was a mistake. Repeated poor service, lack of accountability, and consistently low standards have made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.Their Yelp ratings and reviews speak for themselves.
Avoid this location if you value your time, money, and basic customer service. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed by the operation being run under their name. The lack of staff training, management oversight, and quality control is evident from the moment something goes wrong.

Just wanted to add that everytime I think of this place I feel totally ripped off and totally mad at myself for not speaking up when the workers cheated me out of my money by giving me a tuna sandwich with very little tuna on it. I called Jimmy John's corporate number and they said they can't do anything because this location is privately owned and that the owner has to somehow compensate you, and the owner did not do anything at all, such as a discount or a free sub or some type of reimbursement for being so doggone stingy with the fixings of their sandwich. If you look at the reviews, a few other people have also complained about being short-changed and cheated by this place, so I'm thinking that it's their policy to increase profits by cheating people. Please read the rest of my review to see what happened. I used to live in Seattle and loved Jimmy John's sandwiches over there. So my wife and I went to the Livermore Jimmy John's all excited since she had never been to one and I had told her how great their sandwiches are and we were totally psyched and pumped to try them. They were HORRIBLE! I had the Totally Tuna and she had the Veggie. They had totally skimped and were absolutely stingy on all the ingredients. The ends of my sandwich, like about and inch and a half at each end of the sandwich had literally NO TUNA whatsoever. I was practically biting ONLY bread and a a very stingy amount of veggies. The middle of my supposedly tuna sandwich has very little tuna. It literally looked like someone had spackled tuna on the bread with a sparkling tool, like spread a very thin layer on the bread. I could barely taste it. So it was literally just bread and a stingy amount of veggies and literally a hint of tuna. I was totally ripped off on this sandwich. Absolutely horrendous stinginess and cheapness. My wife's sandwich was no better. It was just bread, very few veggies, a little lettuce and a very thin layer of avocado paste. It was literally piracy. It cost us $25 dollars and we literalky got bread, a little bit of veggies and a tiny amount of tuna and avocado paste spread so extremely thinly on our bread. They should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like that. I feel so cheated and upset everytime I think about it. They should give us 2 more decent sandwiched for free.
