  Only 1 bathroom stall that apparently locks itself from inside and no one tells you, so as a disabled person you stand for 30 mins knocking and waiting. Turns out the password is yelling out "How many more hours are you going to be crapping in there?" And then they finally bring a key so you can pee.

  TERRIBLE overall experience. I tried calling in, phone was passed back and forth between employees, huge language barrier. So I went on the app - Tip is FORCED and prompts DOUBLE tip option. No way to edit or cancel order and the meal is significantly overpriced. No parking around 2:30 in the afternoon at this location. I immediately deleted the app. Will not spend my money at this location (or Jimmy John's due to my experience with this store) again.
