  This place was great! Nneka O was great! She was so nice and made sure we knew what we wanted and what we liked! She offered us to sample an ice cream before we tried it and I like that! Our first time ever at a haagen-Dazs and it was amazing the rocky road Sunday was made perfectly! My honey enjoyed her smoothie and my co worker loved his milk shake! 🚫🧢🔥🔥

  They take too long. Eats up time easily. Ive waited half an hour. Staff was working well but somehow everything is delayed. High prices mid level food

  The service by Ruth and Angela was so bad. Three people work at one ice cream parlor and no one provides service. One is busy making an order, which is fine. One is busy filling ice cream containers for whatever reason, and one simply does nothing. We will never go back there. My son waited all afternoon for his sundae because he knew it was one of his favorite ice cream flavors. He was terribly disappointed when they shouted that there was no longer an option to make a sundae because it was fifteen minutes before closing. He also tried to figure out how to order. The employees completely ignored his questions and continued to do nothing useful for the customers. We left disappointed and my son even cried because of the lack of service.

  At my wife’s request, we stood in line for ice cream. It took about 10 minutes per person, and we waited over 30 minutes for our turn. We chose the New York Strawberry Cheesecake, but it looked nothing like the picture. The quality was poor. For the price, they should use fresh fruit. The frozen strawberries were a big disappointment - they were colder than the ice cream itself. Every time I bit into one, it ruined the experience. They were sour and didn’t taste good. Overall, it was a waste of time and money, especially for anything with fruit. It’s better to pick something else.

  This is my favorite ice cream place. All the flavors are amazing, and the quality always feels premium. The only thing I wish were better is the service. The staff often seems tired and not very welcoming, so a little more positive energy would make the experience perfect. Other than that, everything is the best.
