- TTTae TaeMay 23, 20261.0Placed a mobile order, arrived at the estimated pick up time but my order wasn’t ready. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Honestly I wasn’t too mad about it but once I got home and was ready to eat my order is where the problem started. I was give soft tacos shells instead of crunchy shells. I was give 2 tacos instead of 3. The worst part is there were two black hairs in my food. 🤮I have never had this happen with chipotle. It feels like I should have watched the staff while making my order instead of trying to be understandable and trusting them to do their job but I should’ve know better from how dirty the dinning area and kitchen was.
