    Waited 45 minutes in line for a half melted (supposed to be blended) drink, then not only was the cup covered in syrup but when we asked the employee for napkins we spent an additional 5 minutes listening to them scramble around the kitchen wondering where napkins were. Expected a little better of a location that’s been open for nearly two months

    Ordered 2 drinks and one was a blended rebel double rainbow rebel and other was supposed to be a blended dinosaur egg rebel and did NOT get the blended dinosaur egg rebel. Think they gave me 2 double rainbow rebels. 😌🫤

    There’s nothing wrong with the environment here.. but I still go to the Marysville location despite the fact I live in Linda. I cannot justify waiting 49 minutes (12:00 - 12:49) for a drink when there are only 6 cars in line. This has happened every time I have calms to this location excluding the first day.

    I was excited for this location. BUT after giving them multiple visits 3 times in a row now I have gone and they say my order will be ready at a certain time. I even ordered from my house to give them extra time. They take 20min longer. This last time they had my drinks sitting in the fridge while I waited at the walk up window. 3rd time is the charm. I won’t be back. The manager at that location looked like I said something in a foreign language. I would suggest you drive a few min longer and go to any other location besides this one the service is terrible. *don’t bother giving a complaint to the customer service line…. They never answer/ get back to you*

    I understand it's new and all but there was no reason for the then to not have everything in order this morning. The staff was literally laughing and talking w each other while us customers waited. Some people literally jus drove away when it was possible to do so. Like they weren't prepared nor did they have a real game plan. Did my order online for pick up n I still had to wait about 10 15 minutes. They seem young so hopefully they get it together next time and can start to operate smoothly. The app said my drink was ready but I still waited another 5 minute. I have faith in them that they will come together
