  Go to any Wingstop but this one. Always short staffed. Wait time is ridiculous. Called today and they are only taking online orders because they have 1 person working. No walk-ins. Wouldn't be surprised if they close down soon. It's been like this since it opened. Perfect example of how NOT to run a store.

  I came in on July 20th ordered the 6pc classic mango habanero. Got my order the wings were inedible as they were sooooo overcooked and just like a piece of leather. The corn tasted rotten. I was not prepared to try again because the attitude of the employee Josh I wanted a refund. Was told I can’t get one. I insisted I want my money back he said he will talk to management. I just followed up and was told absolutely no refund and they will remake order. This employee was pleasant and helpful so I agreed.

  Sharon was an absolute angel! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. Even though they were slammed with orders, she never lost sight of what mattered most: the customers. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and her kindness and professionalism truly stood out. Sharon is exactly what great customer service is all about. Thank you for making such a positive difference!

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. When I arrived, there was nobody at the front, and I had to call several times before someone finally came out. The employee was rude and told me I could just cancel the order. When I asked about the poor service, she said she did not care about this job. I am attaching photos showing that there were three orders at the time, but none of them had even been started. Orders at this location are often not ready on time. I hope the owner or management pays attention and improves the service and employee attitude.

  Went to Wingstop for wings and accidentally entered an episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Katana stayed rude the entire time toward me and my daughter, She kept making faces at my daughter and my daughter happens to be Asian it felt pretty racist ,Meanwhile Katana in the back talking to another employee they were loudly discussing bathroom problems and “having the runs” in front of customers while people were trying to eat 😭 Food was great but the customer service felt like we owed THEM money. 0/10 atmosphere. Lemon pepper wings shouldn’t come with emotional damage.
