  I’ve had multiple issues at this McDonald’s location, but this last experience was the most frustrating because of how it was handled by management. I placed a mobile curbside order, waited much longer than expected, and ended up going inside to pick it up. When I got home, I realized items were missing—a hotcake and the toppings for my oatmeal. I called the store and was told I had to come back, which is already inconvenient when the mistake wasn’t mine. When I returned, I dealt with the manager, Margarita Diaz, and her response was completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or taking accountability, she questioned me and implied that I had taken the missing item myself. That kind of accusation is unacceptable and disrespectful. What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen or experienced this kind of behavior from her. She consistently comes across as rude and dismissive toward customers, which reflects very poorly on the store. Management should be setting an example of good customer service, not making situations worse. I did get a refund, but the experience itself was enough to make me reconsider coming back. This location seriously needs to address professionalism and customer service, especially at the management level.

  Tyler the "manager" is super rude. Computers won't work correctly so it's required to order on them but then go to the counter and pay. Extra steps for no reason at all. Tyler's attitude was "I don't care not my problem.". Not exactly how you should represent your company.
