- SDShakita DavisJun 12, 20263.0The owner of this establishment really needs to retrain the staff on restaurant cleanliness and organization. The employees were friendly, but the area behind the counter was noticeably dirty. During my visit, I saw a sauce cap in the barbacoa and guacamole mixed into the cheese container. There were also several employees standing around while basic cleanliness and food presentation appeared to be overlooked. For a restaurant chain, the food quality was disappointing. Most of the ingredients arrive pre-seasoned, with only items like the guacamole and pico de gallo being prepared fresh, so there should be more attention to consistency and quality control. My biggest issue was the portion size. I understand that serving sizes need to be controlled, but when I’m paying $13 for a bowl, it should feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. Between the cleanliness concerns, mediocre food, and small portions, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The portions were minimal and nowhere near what I expect when paying Chipotle prices. It felt like I was eating mostly tortilla with very little filling. Consistency and portion size are important, and this location missed the mark completely. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be ordering from this location again.

I’ve been here a couple times and wasn’t satisfied but this last time was atrocious, the rice was stale, the steak was dry, there was no queso and they skimped me on everything. There were no lemonades either 2 hours before closing!!

The portions were extremely small and they already took out the lemonades on the side. The service was poor with no greeting. This Lemoore location needs to get more attention cause it sucks bad. 🍅🍅🍅🍅
