  Just wanted to give the entire 5:00pm crew that worked today’s college school BOGO deal the biggest shoutout & appreciation for their hard work & customer service! I went in with 3 of my close friends with college apparel & were helped almost immediately. Super fast, friendly and communicative crew — thank you again! :)

  Heard the cashier chuckle and reply to a senior, "we'd go broke," when asked about why chipotle doesn't offer a senior discount. Personal experience has been inconsistent to say the least since their opening. So far seems worth it to just pick up from the Hanford location if you find yourself there running errands. Otherwise, Panda next door doesn't leave you feeling like you wasted time and money. Also saw them take cilantro lime salsa out of someone's bag and then dumped that same container back into the main serving container. GROSS.

  Maybe they were having an off day, but I didn't even get to the food ordering stage as I looked at the prep area and based on condition, decided to move on. I think this company normally does a good job at quality and cleanliness, just not this one.

  I came in a couple times the first month this location was opened. Both times the food was substandard. The staff was also pretty rough around the edges...unfriendly. I figured that it's a new location so maybe give them time to improve. I haven't been in about 2 months now so I placed an order on the app and picked it up at the window. Staff still underwhelming. No greeting...Just a what's the name of your order and then saying here you go upon handing me the order. And the food was worse than ever . The guacamole is more like a whole avacado with no seasoning. The steak tasted like it was unseasoned. Needles to say I think I won't be coming back to this location...maybe ever. Definitely need some improvement. I would be surprised if this location makes it if it continues to be as bad as it is. Chipotle in Hanford...fantastic...Chipotle in Lemoore...wish I could give it a zero.

  Severely disappointed in our pickup order. The Guacamole was inedible, with large halves of old hard avocados in the guacamole. Ruined the large guacamole and chips and the 2 bowls had added extra on top that we paid extra for. Unable to place complaint by calling store or using app. :(
