  The staff is not as courteous as they should be working in customer service, the food is by far below standards, nothing appeared fresh and it all seemed kind of rubbery and past its use. The employee who had helped me didn’t communicate clearly as to what was in my bowl and somehow I was charged nearly $5 for extra meat which I didn’t have nor did I request. There was somehow a break in communication with the person who slid the food across to the register and I was rung up incorrectly. They pulled the receipt and said for me to check my receipt before I leave next time to be sure it’s correct. That’s a terrible way for a customer to earn the trust of a company when the employee says for me to check my receipt for errors. The cashier should ensure to minimize the risk of being charged incorrectly. I own businesses (ironically food) and understand that things are not ALWAYS according to how they should be and sometimes customer service isn’t as great, but to come in three times to patron a business and receive the same sub par service and food issues, makes me commit to not returning to the brand as a customer.. As a business owner we can always strive to work to be better, especially to the CUSTOMER. Nothing is more important than that customer who spends in your establishment furthering your success. Chipotle Lemoore I give you 4 out of 10 stars. Work on team building, communication, and Accuracy for better customer experience and satisfaction.

  Definitely disappointed the meats are dry the rice is dry the customer sucks there was about four employees in the front none of them Greeted me they all ignore me took about 3 to 4 minutes for them to acknowledge me and for them to take my order they were all just chitchatting and laughing now I know why it’s always empty

  Just wanted to give the entire 5:00pm crew that worked today’s college school BOGO deal the biggest shoutout & appreciation for their hard work & customer service! I went in with 3 of my close friends with college apparel & were helped almost immediately. Super fast, friendly and communicative crew — thank you again! :)

  Heard the cashier chuckle and reply to a senior, "we'd go broke," when asked about why chipotle doesn't offer a senior discount. Personal experience has been inconsistent to say the least since their opening. So far seems worth it to just pick up from the Hanford location if you find yourself there running errands. Otherwise, Panda next door doesn't leave you feeling like you wasted time and money. Also saw them take cilantro lime salsa out of someone's bag and then dumped that same container back into the main serving container. GROSS.
