    Got in the drive through at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon with two cars in front of us. We literally sat in line for over 20 minutes and still had one person in front of us. Finally had enough and pulled off as did many others behind us. This place sucks. Save your AI generated apology. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

    Location has rude staff. They also do not accept any coupons or promotions from the Arbys app. I had a birthday shake and was unable to use it. Will try to avoid this location on future drives up the 5.
