  Donelle Dyson the fry cook burnt my tator tots to a crisp and proceeded to curse at me when I asked if I can have a remade batch he also called me a cracker I’m devastated and will not be returning here .

  I ordered two Oreo sonic blasts and it had like no Oreo at all Barry any it’s as if I ordered vanilla blasts. Then I’m looking at my blast and the lady is like you ordered Oreo blast right and I said yes but there is barely any Oreo in here it’s pure vanilla and instead of offering me to fix it she closes her window she was so rude I was calm and the least she could’ve done was remake them. I threw them away they were gross just pure vanilla with a few pieces of Oreo.

  Horrible!!!! My son's went there and waited over an hour for their food. Then they ended up going through the drive through, which took more time. And there was only 3 people there waiting to be served. They need to get their act together!

  I love sonic but always get disappointed at this location either its their customer service skills, or they mess up my order.

  This location closed early even though both Google and the Sonic app clearly said they were open until midnight. That alone is frustrating, but the way it was handled made it even worse. The drive-thru employee was rude, unhelpful, and showed zero apology. I was told there was nothing she could do about a refund and that I had to deal with corporate. Customers should not be stuck paying for a business’s mistake while being treated badly. Update your hours and train your staff to handle problems professionally.
