  All the time I order something they forget to put French fries today the forget my chicken wrap always they forget some thing in my order.

  I order breakfast today and didn’t get my hash browns. last time I came here I didn’t get my nuggets, other time before that I order breakfast as well never received my pancakes. This place seems to never check if all the correct food is there, I have no time to complain or waste time I’m on lunch break 30 minute lunch break I have no time to go back and waste my time waiting 2- 5 minutes for my food to be ready this please is a huge scam always taking my money never giving 100% the food that I pay for, this was my last time trusting this place I cannot anymore I don’t at all recommend on buying food from here tbh I will never be coming back ever again. May this message reach all the ones who come here to buy food and I hope the management gets to the bottom of this and fix the issue how hard is to check to see all the food is there to get it correctly done. Very frustrating and disappointing on a million dollar company.

  No sense of urgency There's always like 8 people in the back waiting for one drive thru burger when there's people waiting to pick up their food that's been ready for like 10 minutes (my experiences)

  Really bad service. I asked for ketchup and they said that they already put ketchup in the bag. When I look there's only 1 bag of ketchup. I asked nicely for more and she just say there ketchup in the bag and just closed the window. Woooow I think they should appreciate customer. Bad service ( 4/2/26 @4:35)
