- AVAnthony V4 days ago2.0I've been visiting this dutch bros since it opened in Lathrop and it has always been very hit or miss on things. Sometimes I order extra espresso shots and can't taste the difference and other time I can clearly tell its much stronger. Today my order was supposed to be ready around 3:31pm so I showed up and walked to the window by 3:32pm, it was so busy it took 5 minutes to get to the window only to be told they would start my order (what's the point of order ahead) my order was not ready until 3:45pm. Someone showed up well after me only to be recognized by the staff and have their order made prior to mine and 2 others in front of me. I can honestly say I love the coffee, but the service isn't great at all.

They always take forever to complete my mobile order, it's always closer to 10 minutes later than the all says it'll be ready. Wouldn't be a big deal if the staff was at least friendly or apologetic. Only writing this review because this has happened several times now. At least be friendly and nice. Update they made my drink wrong. Refused to remake it mixed more chocolate in but it did not mix in. So now I have chocolate just at the bottom of my drink literal terrible service

She did not ask if I wanted to tip and there was no option for tip either she just said $10 and held out the device to pay. I should have said something because my drink should’ve costed $8.
- MMMARISOOLJun 7, 20261.0i went today at around 8:40, they gave me a broken cup and when i went to ask for it remade because they didn’t do it right, the girl gave attitude and didn’t make my drink the wayi had ordered it, she gave me just plain redbull with boba when that wasn’t what i asked, i didn’t bother to say anything anymore again because they had really bad attitude. They really need to work on their attitude and how they handle costumers, really unprofessional

We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!

We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
