I ordered a banana shake that tasted like pure milk even though I paid for an extra banana when I asked her to add another banana and the shake became a pure milk consistency, I asked the lady to fix it and she told me that she would have to charge me for extra ice cream. When I told her that i didn't think that was right she said there was nothing she could do and called the manager who still wouldn't do anything stating that it was a customized item. When I told her that was dissatisfied and that I wanted a refund or would even just take a scoop of ice cream at half the cost so I didn't walk out with anything, manager still refused and said she would have to follow up. I explained that I was from Palo Alto and ot from the area so there would be no way to correct later; still nothing. Terrible customer service. I just spent $80 on an ice cream cake this past weekend with their store, trust I will not be back. I will also add that the reason the employee said she had to charge me extra and couldn't replace with a simple scoop of ice cream was because she could give out free product. Well she dumped at least 2 small size shakes worth of product with all the left over she had in the blenders. I bought 3 shakes tonight. She used way too much milk in my shake and that should be on me

After spending $30 dollars and being dissatisfied with one of the shakes, the employee refused to make any adjustments without charging 5 plus dollars… it was suppose to be a banana shake but tasted nothing like banana and was watery. If I paid $10 For the shake and it’s not good.. how is charging half its price to fix make any sense?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
