  Ooweee! Alolfo! Or Adoldo, I do tend to get a little forgetful at my age, but this young man knows how to throw it down in the kitchen and bring the service in the lobby. It was a hot day, I damn near done di3d of heat stroke and he managed to fill up all 4 of my outside plastic cups, while still obeying the no contamination rules. That young man must have refilled 50 water cups with ice just to get me through the day without catching the heat stroke. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Had I not been in my mid 40's, I might have had to wait till your shift was over and schooled you on a little more than customer service. You'll make a fine manager and one day i'm sure a wonderful executive. Enjoy that life of yours.❤️

  I literally just showed the Hispanic guy my order on my phone with my enchirito order and he wouldn’t give me my food I literally cannot make this up

  I made my purchase; one item was a combo—which includes a drink and entitles you to use the soda machine for refills—and I also asked for three small cups for my children because I’d bought them orange juice. When I went to refill my soda, the machine had been turned off. Also, when we wanted to use the restroom, they wouldn't give us the code; they said they’d come open it for us only when they were free to do so. When they finally did open it, they kept the code hidden from us 🤣. Not to mention, they got my order wrong.

  This place is horrible. They are all just playing around and laugh all loud. Need a new manager who hire serious worker. Need a overhaul.
