  Lady at the front counter was rude. Kept calling out names but not bringing food to the counter. There was a lot of people upset and waiting for their food.

  I love this McDonald's I always get my morning coffee here before heading to work today I want to get my coffee and the cashier Jesus took my order was very unpleasant and he was very rude you should not argue with someone if the app is wrong because they have technical issues so your customer service should have kicked in or you should have had some of the great amazing coffee that they have before you be rude to customers especially in the day and times that we live in today so that was very unprofessional made my experience not want to even go there to get my morning coffee I may find a diffrent McDonald's location. Word of advice you never no was someone is going through in life your rudeness doesn't justify treating customers the way you do.

  Everything seemed normal, until you go the drive thru and inside. First, I ordered inside like a year ago, and it was horrible, the service was super slow, we had to order in the kiosk because their weren't people in the register. Took like 15 minutes to get a family of 3 for food. Costed around 50 dollars. Another McDonald's could've done it in 7 minutes at least. Now present from yesterday, instead of going inside, we went to the drive thru for an order of two. The first like screen where the person talks wasn't on their, so we had to move to the next one and nobody was their, we'll yes he was but suddenly left? This guy infront of us ordered lottery one thing for around 2 dollars and it took forever for just 1 item. Finally, the worker comes back after a min and ask for code, when I say the code, he mispronounces the numbers, I saw the numbers again and mispronounces again. Last time and finally he did. When I was saying my order, he wasn't even putting it on the screen, until I said I was going to order more, then he starts putting the order and repeats for my firsts items to make sure if it was right. I asked for plain spicy chicken, and he puts no plain, I repeated and then he does. Took like at least 7 minutes of drive thru to order. The food, the chicken nuggets tasted like if you were eating frozen chicken nuggets but a bit worse. It made me sick the next day and I was about to throw up, luckily I kept my mouth shut. Anyways, lots of high schoolers go here so I think that's why it's bad.

  I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in years but wanted to give it a try again and I was so disappointed :( I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and for starters the picture on the menu shows lettuce on the sandwich but the one I got did not have that. And then upon biting into it, the meat was so tough and stringy that it was difficult to even take a bite. I only took two bites but the threw the rest away unfortunately. I don’t know if the meat was bad or what but it was gross. I unfortunately will not be coming back to a McDonalds any time soon
