- TVTanai VonteiseJun 10, 20261.0My order was made incorrectly twice today. 😕 And instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and fixing it, I was made to feel like I was wrong for being upset about it. When customers wait 15–20 minutes in line for a drink, they expect their order to be made correctly. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But when the order is made wrong, remade, and still comes out wrong, it's frustrating. Customers shouldn't be made to feel guilty for expecting the product they paid for. Good customer service isn't about being perfect; it's about taking accountability when mistakes happen and treating people with respect when they're understandably disappointed and upset. At this point, my advice would be to avoid customizing your drink because there seems to be a high chance it will be entered incorrectly, and if there's an issue, getting it corrected may become another issue altogether.

Dutch Bros is known for great customer service, but this location is the complete opposite. The employee who helped me had a bitter attitude from the start and acted like she didn't want to be there. I ordered three drinks, and somehow the order was still messed up. To make matters worse, my lid wasn't put on correctly, and my drink ended up spilling on me. This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location either. Every time I come here, the service seems to get worse. At some point, management needs to take a serious look at what's going on because this location is not representing the Dutch Bros brand well at all. I'll gladly drive farther to another Dutch Bros rather than come back here. The drinks are great, but the customer service at this location is terrible and keeps getting worse with every visit.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
