    Honestly it shouldn't take 20 plus min for a coffee, I got the annihilator and wasn't made right, it taised very mild even the color was off. Then the girl at the window almost gave to the wrong order good thing I caught it this is y I prefer Starbucks tbh always fast never messes up my order

    Employees are friendly, my dogs love the pup cups with the little bone on top. I have liked most of the drinks I have ordered but I didn't care for the shakes which are more like milk and the refresher I ordered had kind of an aftertaste I didn't care for.

    I would like to start this of with i absolutely love the store and the products and most of the employees at this shop. Though there is a new policy when it comes to the line we are instructed to choose shorter line that the employees criss-cross back and fourth taking orders I am here everyday and everyday I order ahead and there is never problems but there are numerous times I have come and they don't follow the policy which is frustrating cause when im there first and other cars pull up in the other lane im forced to wait for them to get their order taken first even though I was there first then today. Today I did exactly that and 2 employees looked at me saw me then continued to go down the line of cars on the one side. I ordered ahead like I always do both my order and drink would of been done before everyone's either way. Besides the point why put up signs telling us to take shorter line that employees criss cross when you guys don't even follow your own policy its frustrating for those who follow it. Guess im taking the longest line from now on since thats how employees take only the one line anyways. As someone who worked customer service my whole life, the team from today really needs a refresher in how to talk to customer and de-escalation, cause these young kids from this morning have no idea how to talk to an upset customer. Let alone how to handle a situation like that, im not usually a hard customer i don't like to complain but today really was the last straw from this store and these same employees not following policy.
