    I’m not paying attention that goes on up there. The workers play a little too much and they messed up. They missed the orders. Sometimes you get the wrong order. There needs to be an adult up there oversee what they’re doing definitely

    I got a banana bread latte and it had no flavor, tasted like water. It was too late to go back and return it when I tasted it.

    Dutch Brothers can learn something from Starbucks in the way of guestimating drink completion. Every time I go here (or any location), it's at least 15 to 20 minutes past the estimated time before my drink is ready. They also need to put an emphasis on people that actually get out of their cars to get a drink and not everyone attacking the long line in the drive-through. If you go here, assume it's going to be 25 or 30 minutes before your drink is ready.
