  The older lady got mad because she got my order wrong. Then start talking to other associates in Spanish like I can’t understand her. It wasn’t that serious in the first place, when I told her I understood what she said, she got quiet.

  No free ranch at this establishment. If you order fries or onion rings or any kind of other item that you want to dip into a tasty ranch sauce, you will have to spend a $1.20. No other restaurant in this area charges you for ranch. Even if you order onion rings or chili cheese fries, ranch must be purchased in addition. To the management, rethink this policy and I will increase my rating. No one should have to pay for ranch for everything that they order. Especially after spending over $70 on lunch. Providing small sides of ranch would be sensible. No free ranch?This might end up costing you buisness. Or maybe just mine.

  This place sent out discount ads through Facebook messenger and it’s hilariously so horrible. It’s like a crime occurs against you for trying to use it. They tell you to redeem by clicking and notifying staff so you do it while placing your order then it asks you for your phone number(that’s 1 of 2 steps btw) then it asks you for your email and then it says redeem again and then it gives you a 30 day expiration after you redeem that and then tells you the discount is only for a basic cheeseburger so instead you look at the alternate offer 10 off first time customers and applies for the $10 off is only good conditional to you order over $40 in food and you’ve already gone there at this point the cashier is still waiting for you to finish doing all this crap it’s just overall it is a horrid experience and if I could give zero stars I would I would have to have ordered more than two people could’ve eaten to get the discount that they baited me to go with the food is good but they’re marketing operate like criminals. If you are reading this and capable of firing your marketing department, please do so. I sold my personal info to these spam advertisers for deals I can’t even get, what a rip.
