- IIItzSimpleJun 30, 20261.0I usually tend to eat chipotle twice in a row once I get a burrito bowl that I haven’t had in a while. Unfortunately the food was not good here. The chicken had no flavor, the rice had a watered down soggy taste to it. I couldn’t get past it to acknowledge the cilantro in it. The only item that taste ok was the hot salsa I asked for on the side. Everything else was so bland and disappointing being this place just opened near me.

- DDDeeJun 14, 20261.0Kevin (manager) and the cashier provided a horrible experience. I was charged incorrectly and given the wrong size order. The cashier repeatedly took my bowl in and out of the bag and attempted to remove items from my bowl rather than simply correcting the order. Not only was this unprofessional, but it also felt unsanitary to have my food repeatedly handled after it had already been prepared and packaged. The manager did not make the experience any better and failed to resolve the issue professionally. Overall, the service was disappointing, and I left feeling frustrated by how the situation was handled. The worse part this appears to be a new location.

Even when I asked for more they would still skim the second portion and have an attitude about it. Yet both bowls cost the same. Food was cold like they had let the beans and meat sit there for a while and the guacamole was just avocado chunks not even mixed with anything.
