  Great to have a new chipotle in this area. The store is clean and even though the crew is new they are all very polite and welcoming. Every time I’ve been here the food has been better than other chipotles in the area.

  Please please please! Have more than one worker prepare food. On my first visit, it took 15 minutes to get my burrito with only 2 customers in front of me. I walked in today to join a line of 8 people - one worker making orders again. I smartened up and left the store after a couple minutes.

  Super small portion sizes just like every chipotle was hoping this one would be different. Told them keep the burrito I don’t want it. Cashier told me you can always tell them more I shouldn’t have to it’s the principle behind it. Wont be supporting Chipotle anymore.

  I've been to this location twice since they opened this week, and both times the portions have been terrible. Expect to get about half of the portion size that you would get at the other store on K. I had dinner there on the day they opened and the place was FILTHY. Every table had food and grease on it, there was trash all over the floor, and they were out of forks. Hope they improve, but so far this location is not doing well. Also: Not a fault of the store, but accessing the parking lot sucks a lot. You pretty much have to do an illegal u-turn to enter or exit the store depending on which direction you are going.

  The place is nice and the cashier and the one who serves the toppings are friendly, The portions are very small. The guy serving the food barely adds any rice or beans, and don’t even get me started on the meat. There was a very pretty girl in front of us, and the guy served her a burrito and a bowl with so much chicken he could barely close the burrito. Is the portion size based on how you look? My friends and I ordered bowls, and I could hardly find any meat—we were given very little. The rice sticks to the spoon, and when they serve it, it looks like a lot, but it really isn’t and the meat, its like they count the pieces. I asked for more beans, and the guy simply ignored me. I told him I could pay extra, and again he ignored me and didn’t give me anything. (African American guy with long hair—no head covering, by the way.) The one at the Palmdale mall is better—they serve more, and the staff is very friendly.
