I live about 30 minutes away, and when I got home, I realized my order was missing two fries and an order of nuggets.I called the store and spoke with a manager named Issa. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was told I would have to drive 30 minutes back to the store to get the missing items. When I asked about a refund, I was told they could not refund my card and that returning to the store was the only option. I was also told that if I filed a complaint, it would just come back to him anyway.That response is unacceptable. Customers should not have to drive an hour round trip to fix a mistake made by the restaurant. A refund or alternative resolution should have been offered immediately.Very disappointed in how this was handled. I expect much better customer service, especially from Chick-fil-A.
