Ive had better chicken sandwiches at more economical prices.

The car in front of us stopped too far from the window, so the employee couldn’t reach our car with our food. We asked if they could ask the driver to pull forward since their window was already down, but we were told they “couldn’t do that.” Instead, we were told to get out of our car and walk to the window ourselves. I have never in my life had to physically get out of my car in a drive-thru to get my food. If anything, an employee should have brought the food to us. There was no apology, no “thank you for your patience,” and no effort to provide the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. I’ve never experienced this at the Palmdale location, where the service is always excellent. Unfortunately, this location fell far below the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A. We won’t be returning to this location again. If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m only giving two stars because I’ve heard one-star reviews sometimes get removed, and I want this feedback to stay visible.
