- JSJose Soto3 days ago3.0Chick-fil-A — Lancaster, K Street Chick-fil-A is a chain restaurant, and with chain restaurants come additives, preservatives, and food coloring, so take that for what it is. With that said, I’d be lying if I said I never indulge in fast food. I do. However, I also believe Chick-fil-A is overrated when it comes to fried chicken, just as I think Raising Cane’s is overrated. That doesn’t mean their food is bad. I actually enjoy their chicken sandwich, and I’m usually satisfied whenever I order one. Their signature sauce tastes good, too, although I can only imagine what goes into making it taste that way. One thing I do appreciate is their Kale Crunch side, which is pretty good. But my go-to here is the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I love the combination of ingredients, especially the crispy red bell pepper toppings that add a nice crunch. My favorite dressing is the Avocado Lime Ranch, which pairs really well with the salad. As for this Lancaster location, I’ve consistently received good service, and that goes a long way. Overall, while Chick-fil-A might not be my first choice for fried chicken, this is a good location if you’re a fan of the chain and looking for a quick, satisfying meal. 👍

They gave us the fries, the side of mac&cheese, and the drink we ordered for the combo but not the sandwich itself. I left to go pick it up and called on the way there. I was instructed to still go through the drive-thru. At the speaker I let them know I was here to pick up the missing sandwich, they said pull up to the window, so I went straight into the second lane. - From here I waited, they didn't bring up the sandwich for me they took 3 car orders, then they had me come around to the front where curbside pickup is, I waited there for 10 more mins. By the time I got the sandwich I did not even want it anymore PLUS it was cold!! All in all the time wasted was 25 mins. The guy that brought it out was nice but it's still wasted time. Yea, $60 dollars and 25 extra mins later the damn sandwich is in the fridge lol my husband ate his sides and my family ate without me. Annoying experience 9/25
