Then I went to use the kiosk and since I wasn't sure how to use the coupon I asked an employee if I was able to use it on the kiosk and she was kind enough to show me how. Even while I was ordering on the kiosk, I had two other employees ask me was I doing okay and did I need any help and these are such simple things but it makes a big difference in providing customer service. After I ordered my bowl, the chicken was very moist, the presentation of the bowl itself was great. I also really like how even the unoccupied tables are kept clean. This is one of the best locations I visited in a long time. Keep up the great customer service everyone!
