I'm elderly and can't see that well and she gave me a tutorial on how to do it. I think it's a shame that people aren't helpful. I've eaten here and most servers are glad to help me. It made me feel like I was a nuisance.

In the middle of making my order the person went on break and had to wait like 40 mins to get my food and by the time I got it was cold. The tray was sitting up on the preparing shelf until they got back from break. No one seemed to seemed worried. They ever asked. If I was waiting for food. They seem like they are using cheap soda instead of the real brand. The taste of soda is off from the real stuff.

We stopped going again as we had problems with the Torrance store, now we have moved around here, we thought to try it again and it was pretty good. Food: unlike what we got from the other store, this one serves juicy and meaty chickens (we like legs and thighs). All of the sides were pretty good, we always liked the coleslaw and corns. Service: self order at the counter, it was pretty easy and fast. It took us a couple of tries to scan the coupon ($12 off!) but worked fine. The servers behind the counter were joyful and friendly. Price: $46.99-12=$35 for the 16-pieces with 4 large side, enough for 2 meals for the 3 of us. Unbeatable value!
