  We placed an order through the website/app for 5 bowls and 1 burrito, yet when we arrived for pickup, we received 5 burritos and 1 bowl—the complete opposite of what we ordered. This was not a small mistake. We attempted to place the order right when the store opened at 10:45 AM, but the system repeatedly rejected it for nearly 30 minutes. We entered the order correctly multiple times, and the app finally accepted it after several attempts. Given the issues we experienced while ordering, it is entirely reasonable to believe a system glitch occurred because our order got changed without our knowledge. When we called the store to address the mistake, the employee who answered was dismissive, unprofessional, and openly rude. Instead of listening, he insisted that “glitches only happen during payment,” which is simply not true and came across as an excuse rather than an explanation. Even worse, he falsely accused us of using profanity—something we absolutely did not do. This accusation was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was immediately told to “call corporate,” with no attempt to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the store’s mistake. This level of customer service is alarming. We are requesting a clear explanation for how this order was mishandled and why we were treated with such disrespect when trying to resolve it. This is the first time I have ever had to file a complaint with any fast‑food chain, and the experience was disappointing enough that it needs to be addressed. If you want customers to continue supporting your business, your staff must treat people with respect, take responsibility when errors occur, and provide solutions—not attitude, excuses, and false accusations. We expect a response and a resolution.

  Ordered on uber eats. My chips were very stale. My chicken was cold as if they gave my chicken from yesterday. Horrible experience. Couldn’t even eat my food.

  I ordered a veggie bowl and was not informed they were completely out of guacamole until all the way down the line. I paid $10.80 for rice, beans, and salsa. The guac is the most expensive ingredient in the veggie bowl. They even charged for the side of cilantro lime salsa after not having the guac. The store was also a mess. We went in around 9, much later than a dinner rush. It was not busy. The hot and cold stations were both messy and the ice was overflowing in the drink machine. You could barely even fit a cup in to get a drink.
