  I come here Monday through Friday without fail. I work overnight starting at 1 AM and I’m off by noon or 1 PM, and this place has always been where I decompress after a brutal shift eat, have a couple cold beers, relax, and go home. My company pays for my meals, so I’m literally here every single weekday. Everyone knows me — Hector rhe manager freaking amazing the other Hector, Malik, Daniel, Chris, and general manager KAt and I’ve never had a single issue with anyone… except Candace. And at this point, it’s become a pattern. The first time, she flat-out refused to honor my lunch special even though I arrived before 2 PM and hadn’t even after 2 beers order I decided to order and she de ies me since it’s past time . No reason, no explanation — just attitude. The second time, I walked in exhausted from my shift and the very first thing out of her mouth was, ‘Oh, I guess you’re coming straight from home to drink.’ Completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful. The third time, I tried to avoid any problems by ordering ahead and asking Malik to hold my lunch special until later. Instead I asked him have the cook throw my 3 crispy tenders after you let them know I don’t want them to sit there she had the cook make it immediately and leave it sitting in a to‑go box for an hour. When I finally got it, it was cold, greasy, and basically ruined. I had her remove it, but honestly, it’s the principle. I’m a loyal, Monday‑through‑Friday customer who tips extremely well, never causes problems, and supports this location more than most people who walk through the door. Yet I’m the one getting singled out, talked down to, and treated like an inconvenience. It’s gotten so bad that I call ahead every day just to check if she’s working and if she is, I take my business to Cerritos. That’s how much her behavior has pushed me away from a place I’ve supported for almost s year . No daily customer who spends money here five days a week, treats staff with respect, and knows the whole team by name should ever be treated like this. On the pic is the greasy food I got

  I set at bar with this crazy rude female on 04/19/2026 around 8:40pm that was rude and ugly attitude when arrived around 8:40m and me and her had small argument and my date wanted bar lady Maryanne advice about something I said to her and wasn't her placed to say anything my date more upset but server job only to serve us thats her only job so I will not never visit this location ever again learn your place because almost gone off on waitress at the bar

  4/11 I went to this BWW with a large group of friends (they were called ahead of time so they were aware) I knew that service was not gonna be great because to be honest it never really is at any of Their locations. So I decided to order on my mobile app ahead of time. Which I never got and I’m still waiting for a refund. But while ai was waiting I observed the lack of staff for the amount of people and the bar was taking 20-30 months for a drink and the restaurant was dirty. There was a young man im the front who was not very helpful and really didn’t know what to do. He even mentioned to me that he was looking for a new job because they were always short staffed and people would take it out on him. The problem I noticed either this company is that they expect to much out of an untrained unprofessional young adults. The Manager Hector also was no help and didn’t even know how to support his team or resolve any issues on the floor. Very disappointed with this place. Made me never want to go back to any BWW.
