  Very busy. Food was slightly over cooked. Our food was ready but not listed as ready so I wasted time standing around waiting when I didn't have to. Atmosphere was what you'd expect for a pick up pizza place.

  Wish could give negative stars. Ok, so I ordered pizza for future Delivery . I get a text saying pizza is in the way, then two minutes later I check the website tracking and it says driver cancelled order ( I guess they use door dash and rip u off for 6.99 delivery fee. ) I call Pizza Hut number and lady tells me “ oh it’s on the way I promise! “ It’ll be there at 5:45 ( it’s 5:44 when she said that) . She totally lied to me and knew it. So no pizza came. No call , nothing. I then spend 45 min on phone trying to get a refund to my card. They say someone will contact me in 1-3 business days, unacceptable. I call back and finally get them to patch me through to the actual store. They say they refunded. Which they wouldn’t have done if I didn’t call. Basically theft. And, through all this NO apology, no offer of pizza nothing, nothing! Worst service I’ve ever had. Never going back . Tell every how shitty this place is and they could give a rats ass about their customers.

  Dear Pizza Hut Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience while picking up a DoorDash order at your restaurant yesterday. I have completed thousands of DoorDash deliveries, and this was one of the most uncomfortable pickup experiences I have ever had. When I arrived, my name, the order information, and all of my details were already visible in your system, confirming that I was the assigned DoorDash driver. Despite this, the employee repeatedly demanded that I confirm the pickup immediately before allowing me to verify that all of the items were present. This was a large order containing approximately 11 pizzas and additional items. I politely explained several times that I would confirm the pickup after checking that everything was included, which is the responsible thing for any delivery driver to do. However, the employee continued repeating “confirm it” over and over again. Throughout the interaction I remained calm. I did not raise my voice, threaten anyone, or behave aggressively. In fact, I simply smiled and tried to keep the situation from becoming tense. The restaurant’s security cameras, including the audio if available, can verify exactly what happened. What was most upsetting was that I felt as though I was being treated like a thief instead of a professional delivery driver who was there to do his job. Shortly afterward, I learned that I had been reported to DoorDash for hostile or confrontational behavior, which was extremely surprising and disappointing because it does not reflect what actually occurred. I respectfully ask that you review the security camera footage and investigate this incident fairly. I take pride in treating restaurant staff, customers, and everyone I work with respectfully, and I expect to be treated with the same level of respect in return.
