The wait time is way too long. The service is not efficient at all. The music is extremely loud and disturbing. The woman working here is very rude and disrespectful to people. Overall, the customer service needs serious improvement.

Haven't had Papa John's pizza in ages. Tried the medium pizza takeout deal with one topping. I think it was advertised for $9.99. Pizza was very good, we chose the ham pizza. Crust was fairly soft and not overcooked. The place is quite busy but the server at the register decided to put stickers on pizza boxes before handing over the pre-paid pizzas. Maybe he had an issue with setting priorities but as a caution, someone coming to pick up a pre-paid pizza is likely going to be hangry. Better ingredients, Better pizza, Better Service. Probably will go back for pizza with more protein, like the meat combo.

This place has amazing service. I placed an order for 4:15pm pick up around noon. Well when I got there he explained I had ordered for a noon pick up not a 4:15pm I messed up but he redid the whole order for me with such a good attitude! It’s rare to see people go above and beyond for clients these days!

The WORST customer service. I placed an order over the phone. I called in shortly after ordering to pay with credit card over the phone. The lady with a strong Spanish accent answered and said she cannot charge me over the phone and I would have to pay cash. I told her I didn’t have cash I needed to pay with card. She said I can just tell the delivery guy to call in with the card. I said okay but the pizza had still not come. We call in again, speak to the same lady with the accent. She said a lady called in to cancel my order. I said no I didn’t cancel my order and she just insisted telling me I cancelled my order! So I reordered online and after another hour, NO PIZZA! I call again and speak to the same lady! She told me that the order was marked for pick up. I told her I’m looking at the receipt and it is delivery! I just cancelled the order. I will never use or recommend this location again. TRASH!
