This review isn't about the food. The food was fine, the dining room was clean, and everything else was great. My issue is with the customer service and what seems to be going on with the culture these days. We brought our six-year-old son to McDonald's Monday night. He's a boy, identifies as a boy (apparently we have to clarify that in today's crazy world), and wanted a boy's toy with his Happy Meal. Pretty simple, right? This is the SECOND time we've had this problem at this location. The first time was through the drive-thru, when he received a pink girl's toy. This time we actually went inside and sat down to eat. My son walked up to the counter all by himself and politely asked if he could exchange his toy for a boy's toy. The employee behind the counter was downright rude and simply told him, "All we have are girl toys." Didn't bother looking, didn't offer an alternative, nothing. Just dismissed a six-year-old little boy. Now, I understand inventory can be limited. That's not the point. The point is how you treat a child who simply wants a toy he'll enjoy playing with. And I have to ask McDonald's: Is this becoming part of your corporate culture? Are we so caught up in all this gender nonsense that a little boy can't even ask for a boy's toy anymore without getting attitude? I'm not asking McDonald's to make some political statement. I'm asking them to provide decent customer service and treat a six-year-old with a little kindness and respect. The food was good. The restaurant was clean. But the way my son was treated? Completely unacceptable. And twice now, we've left disappointed over something that should have been so simple.

Ordered two chicken wraps and the chicken on both was so old I could barely bite through it. It wasn’t burnt, just dry and inedible. The app has no option to leave feedback, either. Disappointing.

I ordered a meal including two fries(one small n one medium). i got the bag of order and parked the car on its parking lots for my dinner meal. When i opened the bag, i was very disappointed. Fries were cold and dried. So i walked in the store and sat down. Then walked to the frontdesk and asked the store manager Maria if she can make a new fresh ones. She gave me fries back - Full of small bag and quarter or 1/3 of medium bag. And she told me that "you almost finished it" That's it. No sorry no smile. During entire conversation, there WASNT ANY SORRY OR GREETINGS about bad quality of food service. PLUS i only had a few bite of fries not finished 2/3 of it since it was not really good eatable condition. The some left on the table with other food. Her bad manner was ignorable since i was not even planning to finish all. But to make it worse, the returned fries WASN'T fresh at all. it was obviously that she just put the old fries into oil and just re-warmed. So fries was fully soaked with oil with even some dripping. And the taste was worse than awful by dried-out oily soak fries. So i threw all away. On way out, i complained Maria about her service, cheat on refreshment, and returning amount of fries. However, she lied to me saying that she made new fresh one COME ON. I KNOW WHAT MCDONALD'S FRIES TASTE LIKE!!! Her lie made me really mad on, and now i am looking for a contact to complain her bad services and lei to the headquarter. Does anybody know? BTW, i made order around 8:10pm on Oct 2. She told me her name Maria, but she told me true name though.

Wow, mobile order for pick up. Terrible experience with a mobile order. They hide the completed orders somewhere in the back where customers can't see them or even tell whether their order is ready. I was left standing there completely ignored while my food was sitting in the back getting cold. Nobody bothered to acknowledge me or help me. If you offer mobile ordering, customers should be able to easily tell when their order is ready and actually get it without having to chase down an employee. Extremely frustrating and poor customer service.
