  This place made me stop going to JJ anymore. Went there 8 pm as it says they are opened till 9. The employee did not allow people eat inside saying he already cleaned (one hour before closing time). I grabbed the sandwich anyways and opened it at home. Neitherless to say, the quantity and quality were terrible. Now its McDonal grade for the subway.

  I've been a Jimmy John's customer for years, but after this order, I'm done. I ordered three turkey sandwiches, and every single one looked like this. Mostly bread with a few thin slices of turkey tossed inside. The meat wasn't evenly distributed; there were large sections with almost nothing, and the toppings are a joke! For what Jimmy John's charges these days, I shouldn't have to go hunting for the turkey. The most frustrating part is that this isn't a one-time mistake. This is the third time I've received sandwiches like this. I kept giving them another chance because I used to love Jimmy John's, but the quality and portion sizes have gone downhill to the point where I can't justify spending money there anymore. The bread was fresh, but when most of the sandwich is bread, that's not exactly a selling point. I never thought I'd say this, but after years of being a customer, I'm done. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to finish my $20 bread sandwich. 🥖😡

  I usually order the Turkey Tom, and it’s consistently great. The ingredients always taste fresh, and the bread is honestly my favorite part—soft, fresh, and really good every time. I’ve ordered from different locations, and the quality has been very consistent across the board. I tried the Chicken Gyro once—it was okay, but not something I’d order again. I’ll definitely stick with the Turkey Tom moving forward. My orders are always ready on time, and the staff have been good—no issues there. I’m actually surprised this place doesn’t have higher ratings, because I’ve probably ordered 4-5 times and have had a good experience almost every time. Maybe things have improved recently. The only small thing I’d point out is the entrance door—the glass could really use a better cleaning. It’s a minor detail, but it does affect the first impression. Fixing that would make the overall experience even better.

  Wow!! I ordered a spinach wrap. They heat up a flour tortilla. After a while the spinach wrap was ready. Asked for roast beef no cheese. They added cheese. The manger said sorry we’re busy. I left. I’m going to go to places that don’t use sorry we’re busy.
