  Their bathrooms do not, and have not had hot water, the director of the store was brought up this issue months ago and has chosen to ignore it, on account of his bad leadership. do not expect to get your hands clean there. The health department knows about it, and I recieved threatening tones from him today "oh so you were the one who called the health department on me" meaning he was looking to try to punish the person for pointing out what was going on, and not actually trying to resolve the issue.

  They are so caring and gentle with my 15 year old girl. She's pretty fussy in who touches her and how they touch her and she loves these guys and coming to Dirty Dog. She is an IVDD girl and is handicapped and so appreciates the care they show her when we come for monthly visits!! Thanks guys!

  Thanks to Myra, George and Moses for helping me with my online order. The first two floor managers were not able to solve the discrepancy. One was even argumentative as if I was taking advantage of her personal goods. The other one was sorry and promised to talk with her supervisor for me. George and Moses made sure I was able to get my order the next day. Myra was very good. She apologized for the other manager, completed my transaction and wished to see me again soon. She also reassured that I could always bring up concerns so Albertsons' would continue to be the store of choice. Albertsons, I am glad you employ people like Myra, George and Moses!

  I’ve shopped here for years because it’s convenient, but I’m finally done. The customer service is consistently terrible. Employees often act like helping customers is an inconvenience. At the deli and meat counter, I regularly have to get someone’s attention just to be served. When I ask where something is, employees frequently just point in a general direction and say something like, “It’s over there, I think.” The front end managers often seem more interested in socializing with staff than helping customers, and complaining to management accomplishes nothing. For a unionized workforce that is presumably well compensated, the lack of professionalism, effort, and basic customer service is especially disappointing. I’ll gladly drive farther to Ralphs. Their employees are consistently more professional, helpful, and welcoming, and the stores feel much better managed. The difference in customer service is absolutely worth the extra drive. After years of giving this store chances, they’ve permanently lost my business.
