  Really wanted the pizza to be good. Had one great order and the last two undercooked wrong toppings. Ate a couple slices then gave the rest to the neighbors outdoor dog's. Waiting on Jack N the box now. Two strikes in a row. I'm good

  It has been here since I've been to a sit-down/ dine-in Pizza Hut restaurant.. I think middle school. It brought back many memories, great atmosphere. Quiet environment , and you're able to enjoy conversations with a friend, family. Went to go hang out with a friend, brought our own coloring book and crayons for fun. 🙂

  Every single time I have placed a delivery order my order has been incorrect. Because deliveries are through DoorDash, I have to return the pizza to the store, even though I paid delivery and tip charges. I was offered a free pizza on my next visit. I will never patronize this store ever again!

  PIECES OF GLASS IN PIZZA I ordered my pizza and when my fiancé and I were eating it, she felt a hard crunch in her mouth and there were PIECES OF GLASS IN THE PIZZA!! They told me to bring in the evidence and I did. They said that since it was through DoorDash they couldn’t do anything about it.. EVEN THOUGH the food came from THEIR STORE. they offered to make me another pizza but who in their right mind would risk eating another pizza that could have MORE GLASS?? Manager was not there so they told me to call him the next day. When I called he gave me attitude and told me the same thing that the workers told me to do (bring in the evidence & the pizza) and I said “well I can’t do anything if you don’t show me the pizza” EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED ALL OF THE WORKERS. And they confirmed it was true!!! To make matters worse, my fiancé was told by Kaiser to GO TO THE ER TO MAKE SURE SHE DIDNT HAVE ANY LIFE THREATENING INJURIES FROM INJESTING GLASS. We had to pay OUT OF OUR OWN POCKETS. SMH, and they STILL haven’t done anything. WE COULD HAVE DIED/HAD LIFE THREATENING INJUIRS. The law will DEFINITELY be involved if they don’t do anything

  My husband wanted to surprise me so he went to our pizza hut. He had a stroke so he did not speak clearly. He wanted to use some change to pay. The girl made it clear she wasn't happy about counting his change. She told him he was a dime short and he could not have the pizza he already ordered. He was broken hearted.
