I never eat McDonald's; only my kids do. I hadn't let my kids eat at McDonald's for about two years since we saw the lady in the kitchen drop the patty on the floor and pick it right up. That was until now, because they have a soccer cup promotion going on, and my kids want a cup. I ordered it on the app. After I ordered it, I took a screenshot, as I always do when I order anything else online. After I took the screenshot, the app froze and closed, and now my order has disappeared. I got an email confirming my order, so I went to the store to check on it. They said nothing showed on their system, and they wanted me to place the order and pay again. I told them no. It's already showing as pending on my bank account. One lady tried to tell me to go through the drive-thru and my order would appear. None of that made any sense. We went back and forth about it, and they said if it appeared in my bank statement, just come back and show them, and they would give my money back. For me, it's just their word against mine. I asked for proof of how I would get my money back. They said to just take their word for it. In the end, even though I had proof of my order and the receipt, they still didn't give me my food. I wasn't upset at first until the lady in the black uniform, her name is Stephanie, said, "I can't help you if your phone is frozen." That just showed how ridiculous her mindset was. I paid $46 for nothing. I called my bank and told them what happened. They said we could dispute the transaction because I did not receive anything from them. Never agin fir this place. Go to other McDonald if you like McDonalds. This place it very unprofessional and low life.
