Every time I come here, everybody is especially so sweet, but I swear I have to give a special shout out to Taylor 🖤 yesterday. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed, and that girl made me feel so much better about like I don’t even know how to explain it just her kindness, her sincerity, her being just so genuine with us and just genuinely being concerned for me!! That was love!!! I will definitely be back for her. Thank you so much Taylor!!!

This was a really bad experience i’ve never had an experience at a Dutch Bros like today I got a golden eagle and they handed me my drink and I watched her make it with just milk and soft top Then she proceeds to hand me my drink and tell me that’s just how it looks and I said you didn’t even put coffee in it. There’s no coffee and she said yeah there is that’s just how it looks and it was straight milk. Me and my husband tried it and then they proceeded to give me a cup with just a shot in it And I had to mix my own drinks together to make a golden eagle Literally worst experience ever and I never write reviews so you know it’s bad

The drinks here are definitely inconsistent and the staff aren’t always like the other locations I’ve been too (Grants Pass?) - with that said I can tell most of the staff is trying, the job isn’t easy and I’m sure the days are long dealing with the crowds. I hope the drinks improve as time goes on and when they do I will update my review for a higher score.

Kayla and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. Each drink we got tasted amazing and there are so many more for us to try. They were extremely positive and welcoming. Love the Playlist on also the music added to the vibe of the entire place. Thank you for treating us well we always appreciate good service.
