  I love this Dutch Bros so much! I usually get a Large Yeti with White Chocolate drizzle and an extra shot of espresso. I go here at least twice a week (sometimes more) and the staff is always so friendly. While I can empathize with others having to wait in line, I order ahead of time on the app, and then just go pick it up. So, I have never had a waiting issue. I was honestly surprised to see so many bad reviews because my experience here has been nothing but stellar and their coffee and customer service are a thousand times better than Starbucks! Keep doing what you're doing Dutch Bros! Love you guys!! ❤️

  Absolutely amazing and consistent everytime! The customer service is superior I’ve never had one issue and I come here several times a week. I love ordering ahead through the app but my ONLY complaint is there is not a separate pick up like for online orders. I stopped trying to pick up through the drive thru bc it’s usually a long line. But even at the walk up window now I have to stand and wait for everyone to order when I can see my drink ready to go. There should definitely be an “online pick up only” line, that would really help I think.

  EVERY time I come, the ladies and guys working not only know it’s me, but they’ve learnt my name and always interact with my kids when I have them with me. I always appreciate every single person working and I hope they all get proper recognition! I live walking distance from their Lake Elsinore location by staters and they brighten my day literally every time I come. ALSO? They have absolutely perfected my strawberry drinkydrink I get. Best service & best drinks. Thank you! B

  What’s going on with this location, I’ve never had any issues with dutch bros. Then I come to this location, 45 minute wait for maybe 4 cars. My drink was watered down, the other drink I ordered turned out to be mostly milk ? I could understand a wait time if it was worth it but a damn there hour wait for a drink that is half prepared? People getting out of their cars to go inside, I’m so confused? And it’s just this location?? Anyways, Hope you guys can get it together, love your drinks and I can see myself going again as for location convenience, just don’t want this same experience.
