I said we have waiting here and was here 1st the employee was rude and said we zig zag here and took his order and then got our order and got it wrong it definitely felt like it was on purpose the way it happened we asked if they could fix the order and they rudely made it complicated so wee just took it and left

Definitely needs new employees. Will not be back, and this was my second time trying Dutch Bros. Iāll stick with Starbucks

While there's quite a bit of parking The entrance line for ordering is a little confusing. I'm not too crazy about the loud choice of music either. and it could use a good power wash at least once a week.. Just my opinion.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
