    Slowest service. I was the 3rd car in line and almost waited 30 mins. Unless someone ordered 40 drinks ahead of me, what’s the purpose of only having a drive thru if you’re going to move this slow

    Very disappointing experience. I ordered a blended Cocomo Mocha, but it tasted mostly like caramel instead of chocolate and coconut. I told the staff, and they remade it, but the second drink was even worse. It was almost all foam, and you could tell by how light the cup was that there was barely any actual drink in it. The remake should have been better, not worse. I paid for a blended drink, not a cup of foam. I would not recommend this location.

    I took my daughter to Dutch Brothers, as she has been wanting to try it for quite some time. Even though the line in the drive-through was tremendous, the workers executed orders very quickly, there were no issues with our order, and although I am not a coffee shop type of gal, I did enjoy a green tea lemonade.

    I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros thanks to Bella and Gianna! They were both so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the moment I pulled up. They made me feel valued as a customer, and their positive attitudes completely made my day.
