  The store is dirty, all but 1 of the drink fountain worked . The other were flat and ice everywhere!! Staff just was just standing around talking while the store looked deahuvel.

  First off, the counter had food all over it where they are preparing orders. Second I was told that there would be a five minute wait for brown rice which ended up being 15 minutes & still no brown rice. Third the food selection did not look fresh & the protein options where minimal at 8:30 which should be prime time for a Chipotle that closes at 11:00. Ended up taking my business somewhere else, I still love Chipotle, but i won't be going back to this location.

  Sighs. You literally have to go inside and watch them make your food in order for it to come how you want it. This was my first time ordering delivery from them but not my first time eating here. I ordered thru the app so I CLARIFIED I wanted extra things on my bowl considering that they already don’t be wanting to add portions and received the opposite. I basically ate a bowl full of rice. I literally had to make some corn and beans to add to the bowl. downright disappointing. Oh and I spent $30 on this.

  1 star (would give negative 5 stars if possible) Ordered 2 kids taco meals. Sides were just rice. Unfortunately I got the taco meal with NO protein. I went back and asked for the protein and they told me no, the tacos come like that. I was so confused. I told them what do you mean I paid for kids meal but I'm not getting the actual protein and they told me that that's the way the meal comes with the two tacos by themselves with my 2 side choices. I told them ma'am I paid for a meal and what I received was two tortillas by themselves with just rice. After going back and forth they decided to give me the protein on the side but more than anything they were trying to justify that that was the case. Absolutely not acceptable. Also ordered chips on the side and I want to say one of the most stalest chips, I think I almost broke about three teeth when I was biting down on the chips. Rice seems like it's been sitting now for at least forty eight days. Completely not fresh, completely not clean, completely not what Chipotle stands for. You can tell that they don't pay attention to this specific location. Unfortunately they don't pay attention. The quality control is not there, customer service is not there. Completely unsatisfied. Also so disappointing with the corn. The corn was completely frozen. Whoever's managing this place needs to be dismissed or retrained. Unfortunately the quality control is not holding up and unfortunately I know this is something Chipotle will not stand for. Absolutely unsatisfied. If I could report this place, I will report it and hopefully this review gets to the right eyes because the owners need to know what's going on, McDonald's needs to know what's going on at there establishments, this place needs to be shut down.

  It was my first time ever having chipotle and it was amazing the food was so good i wanted to get married to it but i guess im not allowed to the employees were even nicer but i cant get married to them either i got the kids tacos even tho im not a kid but it was amazing i got a bunch of sides and they werent mad or spit in my food really amazing service this one girl named percilla was super nice and took care of me and my friend i think shes a manager if not she should be one for sure
