    Avoid using Apple Pay at this restaurant. Their system malfunctioned and charged me twice, and no refund was issued. What’s most frustrating is that the cashier clearly knew this was a recurring issue but said nothing before processing my payment. Now I’m stuck wasting my own time trying to track down my money and fix their mistake. When I asked for help, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed no concern about the situation. Terrible customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience.

    I remember going to chick fil a I knew what I would get. Quality food and great service. The spicy deluxe meal I just ordered was absolutely disgusting looking at it I lost my appetite. Milkshake was actually milk not ice cream I’m not exaggerating either no texture or thickness. Chicken sandwich was most disappointing part of meal. Chicken breast could be compared to a flat pancake frozen breast from the micky ds dollar menu. Wasn’t crispy weird hard texture in the meat and again the size of maybe 2chicken nuggets. The fries were cold and no expiration date on sauces which was separated and almost made me throw up looking at it. Fair to say one of the worst fast food experiences and the worst at chick fil a. Gosh. What a shame. I’ll try not to go vomit just thinking about what I ate.

    Did not split my payment up and made me overdrawn on a card when I said to put $20 on one and the rest on my debit. Only after she charged me did she tell me it only does that when it has a “certain amount on it” which it’s a credit card so it doesn’t work that way but did not make that communication. She was very rude & condescending about it when I asked why she didn’t split my payment as asked. Also was rude when they gave me a fry instead of a fruit cup. Order taker at the window also didn’t know the menu well. They might be training but as someone who also works customer service the way it was handled sucked. Now I have issues to fix based on their lack of communication over one food order. 87$ to cause me trouble

    I went through the drive thru Friday 3.27.26 close to 10pm. I received all of my food except an 8 piece grilled nuggets. I called today Saturday 3.28.26 around 1pm and spoke with Lance. I’m not sure if this is a lead or manager or supervisor but I explained I had a gluten allergy and didn’t eat the night before because that was my food that was missing. Lance sounded careless as if he just wanted to get me off the phone, he placed me on hold for a while (not sure why) and then asked what time I could go in. All he said was “I’ll tell them to do better.” Sir the fact I explained I have an allergy, didn’t eat last night, have to call today, and go in later today to pick up food is an inconvenience to me and THIS is where you “do better.” I understand mistakes happen, but sounding careless and as if I am the one inconveniencing you wasn’t the way to handle this.
