  Very slow service. If you are out of items and need to make them for a 10+ minute delay you really should tell the customer when they order. There are better options closeby.

  I'm not normally a huge taco bell guy, but they were close and open after a long moving day. We went back a 2nd time another day since this was close and cheap. The food didn't make me sick (which a lot of taco bells usually do for me). Idk what they do different to the food, but it was actually really good. They also have online exclusives with their app that gave more options too. Compared to other fast food, it's hard to beat their prices too. 2 of us ate combos for under $15, which is unheard of anymore (even with fast food). If you make customizations (including swapping sauce packets), just double check before leaving. They're quick to correct it and are very apologetic, but that's genuinely the only "issue" I've had (which is very minor for me anyway). Customer service has been top tier, and food was made FRESH both times. All staff I've spoken with has been fluent in both English and Spanish as well.

  Absolutely awful experience at the drive thru today. I ordered on the app and specified what sauces I wanted and also paid extra for the Diablo ranch. When I received my bag it was completely empty of sauce even the sauce I paid extra for. I luckily stayed at the window as this has happened before and asked for my sauces. The lady hands me a handful of random sauces and promptly walks away. I then continue to try and get an employees attention for over 30 seconds and was ignored mind you people are behind us. Finally after getting an employees attention he seemed oblivious to what I’m talking about. I had to show him on the bag the receipt as well the bag itself which was empty of sauce. Finally we leave with our sauce but now we have an enormous supply of Taco Bell. I get it when it’s just the free sauces and they give random amounts but I specifically paid for a sauce here and didn’t receive it. Terrible service but the foods great. Edit: the giant handful of sauce was completely devoid of diablo sauce. Our favorite sauce and the one we specifically ordered on our receipt. Why would the app ask us our sauces if you are going to completely ignore it? Edit 2: the modification I made to my girlfriend’s Gordita was not made for an extra fee that I paid. This unacceptable. The entire order for my girlfriend was messed up at this point. Her modifications and sauce gone. Thanks Taco Bell for the horrible service

  This was THE BEST quality food from Taco Bell I have EVER had. I have been to many T-Bells across the country, and this one by-far is the best in terms of friendly service and food prep. My gordita was LOADED and it was AWESOME. Thank you guys SO much for making the end of a long day pretty good!

  As soon as I entered the drive thru I was greeted by Carlos. His service is amazing. His tone is so positive and it’s very clear that he truly cares about the customers experience. What a sweet soul. 10/10. @taco bell give this man a raise immediately!!!
