  The smoothies obviously are good, but the staff was horrible, walked in, there was no one inside, and the girl behind the counter saw me and didn't even said welcome or anything, even though I said hello, tried to asked a question and answered with an attitude, I placed my order through the machine, cause again, she didn't want to interact, when 1 of the drinks I ordered was ready, she habdled it to me, I said thank you, and she didn't say anything back, 2 minutes later, she gave me the 2nd drink on my order, I said thank you again, and she didn't reply back at all. Whatever her problem was, she should have left it at home. Customer Service should be her priority. Horrible experience, won't be coming back if she's there.

  They don't do fresh wheatgrass, which is absurd for a jamba juice. I got to waste my time coming here anyway because no one answers the phone

  I love THIS jamba juice. I wanted to write a review about the one in the mission viejo mall (but cant). DO NOT GO THERE. They dont have the daily vitamin "we've been out of that for a while". I ordered my normal drink and it was terrible. "Well i followed the instructons". I just threw it away. I couldn't even stomach the consistency and taste of my favorite drink ($10!). I went to review that specific location, and the ability to write a review is turned off. I wonder why.
