  I ordered an orange juice online and came to pick up my order. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter simply told me that I would not be getting my juice because unfortunately, they were not going to make it. She then turned around and walked away to serve another customer without any explanation, apology, or even confirmation that I would receive a refund. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. A simple “We’re sorry, the juice is unavailable and we’ll issue you a refund” would have been enough, but I didn’t even get that. Terrible experience and extremely unprofessional service. I definitely do not recommend this place.

  The smoothies obviously are good, but the staff was horrible, walked in, there was no one inside, and the girl behind the counter saw me and didn't even said welcome or anything, even though I said hello, tried to asked a question and answered with an attitude, I placed my order through the machine, cause again, she didn't want to interact, when 1 of the drinks I ordered was ready, she habdled it to me, I said thank you, and she didn't say anything back, 2 minutes later, she gave me the 2nd drink on my order, I said thank you again, and she didn't reply back at all. Whatever her problem was, she should have left it at home. Customer Service should be her priority. Horrible experience, won't be coming back if she's there.

  They don't do fresh wheatgrass, which is absurd for a jamba juice. I got to waste my time coming here anyway because no one answers the phone

  Love the smoothies but my favorite was the oatmeal. Steel cut oats and the sweet side of brown sugar and toppings….. well….. yummmm
