- DLDiane LeemonJun 11, 20261.0I had placed an order 3 to 4 hours before online. I arrived at the allotted time and I had ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni and a large salad. They told me I was the last one to get pepperoni no more pepperoni and the pizza didn't have that much on it to begin with. Then they told me sorry but we don't have your salad. I asked why and they said that they had served all the salad that was left do another customer who had arrived earlier. I was really upset so I went to zpizza in Laguna and ordered a wonderful salad which I got right away and I told the people there what had happened at Domino's and they gave me a discount on the salad because it was my birthday and because of the terrible service at Domino's. We then proceeded home and I heat it up the pizza again because it became cold. I think they must have put Sriracha in the pizza sauce as it was terribly spicy and it burned my tongue. Domino's is not the same place it used to be.

The hour passed and the tracker said my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. I called in and was told that they were extra busy and sending out multiple orders at a time, and it would be an additional 20+ minutes, but it was still coming. This concerned me because that would mean my order was sitting in the drivers car for an hour?? I asked and was told yes, it would be. I then said it had already showed my order was being delivered for the last half hour prior to my call and all she said was “wow, that’s crazy!” This is actually the second time this has happened to me now at this location. Not ordering here anymore after this.

I placed an order with an expected delivery time, but the tracker significantly exceeded that window. Upon contacting the establishment, I was informed by an employee named Jonathan that the order had been incorrectly delivered and mishandled. Given the significant delay, and being a regular tipper who rarely complains, I was deeply disappointed to find this level of service acceptable. Later, after realizing I was left without food, I contacted them again to express my frustration. Jonathan then claimed he intended to provide the order without charge, a detail that was never communicated previously, and subsequently blamed me for canceling the order. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will no longer patronize this establishment.
