I ordered a Barbacoa burrito, but the staff completely botched the order and gave me Chicken instead. Chipotle's chicken is way too spicy for me to eat, so the entire meal was completely wasted and went straight into the trash. To make matters worse, the food was handled and prepared incredibly aggressively. The second I peeled back the foil, the tortilla was already torn wide open right down the middle. Rice, beans, and corn were spilling out everywhere before I even touched it. It wasn’t even rolled properly—it looked like it was violently smashed together and shoved into the wrapper. The complete lack of attention to detail and shoddy assembly is unacceptable, especially for a loyal, frequent customer. Not only did they get the protein entirely wrong, but they delivered a shredded mess that fell apart instantly. I'll be rethinking my regular visits after this level of lazy service.
